When I cant sleep I surf the net, I read, I iron, I cook, I dust, I do washing, I do all stuff except hoovering, then when they all get up I find im bloooody knackered and go to bed and still wont sleep.
When insomnia hits me, it stays with me for months.

    Is anyone else like that?

My sleep patterns are rather rogered at the moment, so I am frequently awake throughout niight and day. I like to pluck out my pubic hairs to crochet blankets for the mice, 8)

Insomnia makes my condition worse, the less sleep I have the worse I am. I have Morphine for such ocasions along with sleeping tablets and valium. I sure get some sleep then

I’ll bet those must be lovely, soft blankets; just the kind that would help a person sleep. Oh, wouldn’t I just love to have your pubic hairs wrapped around me.

I seldom have trouble falling asleep, but rather maintaining sleep throughout the night. I feel like I am chronically sleep-deprived, and usually need a power nap during the day at some point. I actually think that, for most people, it is a spirit of restlessness that disallows adequate sleep. Something in our lives does not jive with how we would like to live, and this creates a dichotomy of spirit.
