Tube Way Army were like David Bowie inventing Tin Machine….Numan and Bowie aren’t really group players….. ultimately….they are (or were) too legendary solo artists to be name tagged with others….
Slash from Guns n Roses plays guitar with any one but ultimately…people remember him as Slash….
Don’t get me wrong….i’m the biggest supporter of Guns n Roses this side of Bristol…LOL but I do veer on the side of Axle Roses voice more than Slash’s guitar….because, without a doubt…Axle was Guns n Roses.
It ain’t easy keeping up that pitch though….Brian Johnson from AC/DC is the same…….damages your vocal chords in the end.
Better by Guns n Roses……..in my opinion….the best track Axle made or will make…
