Was chatting in 50s when I had a whim

To sit in garden with a cuppa and a happy ciggy on my posh garden seat with the two solar lights beside it.

I tied the bottom of my pink check asda jim jams with string to stop brave spiders, rolled a ciggy and brewed a mug of tetleys.

Tip-toed into garden (I live on busy corner and didnt want to frighten anyone) and sat down

I gazed at the stars in the sky, at peace with the world and thinking how happy I am.

A little light flashed on and off as a plane crossed the night sky to some unknown destination.

and guess what crosses my mind

wonder if UK pilot is flying that plane

I was in surrey this time last year, right on the flight path to Gatwick.. half of the joy for me,was sitting in an Orchard,on the excuse of smoking, and watching the flights go in and out. id look up in child like wonder at WHAt and WHERE were they going.. its that close they get jettison fuel on their windows. something strangely soothing about watching the night skies..

im sure UK pilot was the fish and chip van, that visited once a weeks, Deep fryer !

Maybe we should say a prayer for those airplane passengers (just in case UKPilot really is flying that plane).

    Oh heck

    He wasn’t flying that plane.
    NOT UNLESS HE CAN MULTI-TASK
