Jill Dando’s killer is released after a retrial. He’d served eight years in prison for the murder.

The police are “disappointed” by the verdict but “respect” the court’s decision.

 will they bother trying to find the real killer or can’t they be arsed?

Maybe miscarriages of justice work both ways?

Maybe the police know what happened (not everything can be presented in court)

Who knows but normally when this occurs and the police use these words it means they believe he really did do it and there is no benefit in reopening the file

    :-s huh?

My own thoughts on this matter is how could he be found guilty by one jury and innocent by another??
It really doesn’t say much for our judicial system does it?

Hes doing quite well under this lot to the tune of £800 million he was behind me in his new Black Rolls-Royce Phantom AMS 1 reg. If your interested you can buy his old one for £179,500.

Might have two at that price

What got me was, 8 years ago the press went mental at trying to convince the public that he killed Jill Dando, now they are up in arms about the “serious” miscarriage of justice this century has ever seen
Like someone said, how can one jury find him guilty and another find him not?

I think it might be because they were presented with a different set of evidence.
