    Death of MIBs

It is with much sadness that I announce the unfortunate and untimely death of Man in Beds aka MIBs.

MIBs demise came at the recent annual German Sausage Swallowing Festival in Bavaria. MIBs was defending his title as the ‘Champion Male Sausage Swallower’ when despite retaining his title by swallowing an incredible 200 sausages in 2 minutes, MIBs failed to stop.

A Festival spokesman said, ‘MIBs was winning by a mile – when I honked my horn to stop the swallowing, MIBs refused. He just carried on swallowing – sausage after sausage – he even swallowed the other male competitors’ sausages. We tried to stop him, but he refused.’

Post mortem results have revealed that a jagerwurst eventually caused MIBs to burst, leading to his death. It is believed that MIBs had been suffering from severe depression for the last 65 years after it was revealed that he was rejected by the Hitler Youth as a schoolboy for being too boring.

An old schoolfriend said, ‘it is true. MIBs was so boring that he was not allowed to join the Hitler Youth in case he affected morale. He bored his own parents to death – they killed themselves by eating rat poison when their attempts to get him adopted failed.’

I’m beginning to think that Forum 3 is cursed. Who will be next I ask myself? Not me, I reply. I’m going to hide in the cellar until this curse is over.

If only MIBs had been vegetarian.

I was vegetarian and the sausages were veggie sausages but, being greedy ( and rather boring ) I couldn’t stop swallowing them there sausages.
Yes, swallowing veggie sausages and being boring was my downfall and, as you all now know, my sad and early end.
