Gorillaz…Demon Days album…remember it well. Big hit up the gym with steps……this is a great track to move to……when i say steps…i am referring to the gym exercise of steps, not the band Steps which were cool in their own way. Steps had some classic tracks though but i digress…that’s another boring post for another day…LOL
Back to Gorillaz and the fight for best track has to be between feel Good Inc and the other one which i haven’t quite recalled yet.

Dare was the track was the track i was attempting to recall….Amazing track……beat, groove,bass,voice….it’s all there…and of course Shane Ryder fro m the Happy Mondays……lol
