    Seems like me….quite a few here suffer from sleeplessness at times. What are the ways in which you have found works to help one sleep better?

    Talk with a friend/relax….soft music…..and well let your imagination flow, when you have a good partner to enjoy it with….

    I cut out the coffee i drink in the evening as this doesn’t help. Being a stimulant and with caffeine in. can’t stick hot milk though or Ovaltine.

    LOL! Could take that both ways really. I used to listen to a lot of tapes to help one learn different things. What your meant to do is turn down the volume til you can hardly hear it and attempt to get to sleep. Any way, the point is that they always use a slow deep relaxing but often monotone voice to do this as it relaxes the individual to the extent that one eventually falls asleep and then the tape feeds the message or training into one’s sub conscious.
