:roll: ive just received a picture message on my phone.but i cannot open it, it says download failed connection failure try again. the person who sent this has the same phone as me, k800i any help please.
Ok its not been updated and is trying to download the media program at the same time has the picture.
You need to plug it into the computer and update it. It shoud work then.

:D took out battery sim card and memory card, left it for half hour put everthing back, and everything works :shock: how mad is that!! :shock:
