Acceptance is the first sign of recovery. Like losing some one in death but let your self get over it in yer own time and in yer own way. We’ve all been there and it hurts like hell. I got some great song lyrics i found which have really helped me this week. ill post them later.

Ok..these aren’t my words but its the most beautiful song ive ever head…..and explains how after your heart has been broken….like losing a loved one in death, your still looking round for them in the usual places and there not there…………..
