I think the new format is great, far more fluid and less clunky. My only small gripe would be that the list not being collapsible, it is off putting seeing a different face in line with the person you are chatting to. It was explained how to collapse it though and so it might well have been be the browser I was on. The saga of the missing “clip” last night was genuinely funny.

It took me a few minutes but I got used to it.
The big difference from the old chat room is in the list of chatters.
Previously, you were alerted to someone new coming in and you were alerted to someone exiting.
That doesn’t happen now.
Could that be amended?
