    Today is my 365th day as a non smoker :D :D or to be precise as at 15.30 today my stats were:

    Time smoke free: 365 days, 4 hours, 5 minutes and 44 seconds
    Cigarettes NOT smoked: 8034
    Lifetime Saved: 2 months, 1 day and 8 hours
    Money Saved: £2115.90

    I know that no-one forced me to start smoking in the first place and it was my own decision to get addicted however I am chuffed to bits to reach my 1st year milestone. :lol: :lol:

    So to Kateeeee and Wilma and Carol(!) keep up the willpower and to anyone else thinking of quitting (Mariebud) when the time is right go for it xxxx

    Well Done Cat !!... impressed !! i’m a smoker of 20 years and its not easy.. tried gum patches inhaler ( which i set fire to in a state of tipsyness LOL ) Good Luck with it hun !! =D>
