Hit a Cat yesterday on way home , think it was just injured as i saw it move a little through the wing mirror .
I didnt swerve to miss it as you dont need to report cats do you unlike digs.

I didnt feel very good afterwards but hey ho it was only a cat after all.

Never hit a dig so i dunno if you have to report it… you do with dogs though

    #332139

Its still good manners to report it though… it may have been reported missing.

Just remember the rules only try to miss an animal if you have to report it

Aww, poor cat. Slightly off topic but related, just been for a walk in country (ish, Haltwistle). Anyhow, been walking for about three miles I reckon the there were three (dead) rabbits hanging from a tree, pretty uhg, then, walking for another 5 mins or so andthere were another four hanging from trees. Mindless bandalism or does someone know if this is a country ‘folk thing’. It if it, they are dirty fecking b@£$%£@$£.

This IS a country habit dee …. it is done by kindly farming folk who don’t want to see poor little foxes going hungry, or having to tire themselves out chasing cuddly wabbits to kill and eat.

So they catch the wabbits themselves and kill them for the foxes. Then they hang them up on branches for the foxes to come along and eat whenever they feel a bit peckish and fancy a snack.

It’s a sort of country equivalent for foxes of a Kentucky Fried Chicken take away for humans (except the wabbits aren’t dipped in batter and fried in grease of course).
