there kids do it to get a few quid. Wheres child protection?diabolical although im all for self defense and the discipline of a martial art sport not at the age of 5 their still babies and definitely not in competition or without protective headgear.
that poor girl certainly aint enjoying it and is quite obviously is looking to her father whos says its ok and believing him she isnt old enough to make a stand yet.
I think 11 should be the minimum age for such competition.
and there should be a maximum amount of training not a bloody minimum at that tender age.Saw the trailer on TV and I think its sick although sadly it doesn’t surprise me :roll: I love boxing but that’s between consenting adults but kids is so wrong. Makes you wonder what sort of knuckle dragging parents would go to watch it.
You also right, where are the authorities, they are quick enough if your child misses a day off school but you cant take them to a club to beat the crap out of another child and that’s ok. still I dare say it will be on ch5 ,ch4 or sky soon.
To me they are no better than the people who made their children fight on youtube, big outcry over that but this child cage fighting is ok, pardon m if im confused ](*,)the parents shoul be charged under the protection of children act. [if it still applies.] they make karen matthews look decent. utterly disgusting. id like to meet the dad in a ring for 5 minutes. and show him how a good mum protects her children from the likes of him.
i saw the advert for the programe and sent shivers down my spine, i certainly wouldnt be able to watch it, i started readin the article but found it disgusting… my Lass is near 10 and goes to tiewank doo that spelt rite, only been goin for a yr but loves it, but if it was like that i certainly wouldnt be allowing her to be involved, yes i want her to learn disapline and be able to defend herslef if needed to, but that was well disturbing those parents should be hung drawn n quartered..!!
